When was the last time you laughed without forcing it? Dreamed about your own future? Created something simply because it brought you joy?
If you can't remember, you're not alone.
The woman who laughs freely, dreams openly, creates without hesitation, and feels fully alive isn't gone. She has simply been buried beneath responsibility, expectations, endless to-do lists, and years of caring for everyone else.
She's still there.
This summer, give yourself permission to find her again.
Because your future needs you more than your past does.
The people you love don't just need everything you do for them. They need you—present, engaged, joyful, and fully alive.
Your story isn't over. It isn't too late. There is still room for beauty, meaning, connection, and joy to grow.
Remember the Woman You Are is a six-week creative seminar for women who are ready to step out of survival mode and reconnect with the life they want to live—not by becoming someone new, but by returning to the woman they've always been beneath the pace, pressure, and responsibilities of everyday life.
Through thoughtfully guided creative experiences, meaningful conversation, and personal reflection, you'll begin to see yourself and your life with greater clarity. You'll learn to make decisions that reflect what matters most, respond to life's challenges with greater confidence and intention, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have quietly waited to be noticed again.
This isn't another self-improvement program.
You don't need fixing.
You don't need to become a better version of yourself.
You need space to remember who you are.
Because the woman you've been searching for has been with you all along.
She's waiting for you.
She's worth coming home to.

Many women are carrying full, meaningful lives—relationships, families, work, responsibilities—yet internally feel disconnected from themselves.
Not because something is wrong with them.
But because life becomes so full of caring for everything and everyone, that internal connection slowly fades into the background.
This seminar creates intentional space to return to yourself.
Not by adding more.
But through presence, reflection, and creative engagement that helps you hear what has been there all along.
This is not a traditional talk-based group.
It is a guided creative and reflective experience designed to help you:
Each week is structured so you are supported, guided and never left to figure it out on your own.
It is a growing space of holding individually and communally.
Each week builds clarity and a more grounded way of living. Many women notice meaningful shifts beginning in the very first meeting, and over time begin to experience life with greater presence, steadiness, and intention.
You begin by noticing your internal world with clarity and gentleness.
You leave Week 1 with:
A clearer sense of yourself—not just what you do, or the roles you play, but your lived inner experience.
Begin to make sense of how you learned to move through life.
You leave Week 2 with:
More self-compassion and less internal pressure.
Learn how to return to yourself when things feel overwhelming.
You leave Week 3 with:
A reliable sense of steadiness you can return to.
Reconnecting with your own inner voice.
You leave Week 4 with:
More confidence in your own inner knowing.
You explore how you show up in connection with others.
You leave Week 5 with:
A deeper sense of clarity, connection, & possibility in your relationships.
You bring everything together into real life.
You leave Week 6 with:
A clearer sense of direction, meaning, and grounded confidence.
Most women describe experiencing:
This is not about becoming someone different.
It is about remembering your 'self', celebrating what's going right, and learning how to live from that place more fully.
This seminar integrates guided creative reflection alongside conversation and teaching.
Creativity is used as an active participation not for performance or artistic skill.
Creativity is used as a way of:
Many women find they understand themselves more fully through this process than through conversation alone.
This experience is great for women who are:
If something in you feels a sense of recognition as you read this, it may be worth listening to.
