Remember the Woman You Are; A Summer Seminar

The people you love don't just need what you do—they need who you are. Your life still has room for purpose, connection, and joy.


This six-week creative experience is designed for women who are ready to move beyond autopilot and reconnect with the wisdom, values, and inner resources that help them navigate life with confidence and intention. Through guided creative experiences, meaningful conversation, and opportunities for discovery, you'll learn to listen more deeply to yourself, discern what matters most, and cultivate a life that reflects your deepest convictions.


Rather than looking outside yourself for answers, you'll strengthen your ability to draw upon the insight, resilience, faith, and wisdom already within you—so you can engage your relationships, responsibilities, and aspirations with greater presence, discernment, and grace.


The goal is not to become someone new. It is to remember, reclaim, and live from the wisdom that has been within you all along.

Summer Seminar: Six weeks

This six-week creative seminar is designed for women who are ready to move beyond autopilot and reconnect with the wisdom, values, and inner resources that help them live with greater clarity, connection, and intention.

Through guided creative practices, reflective prompts, meaningful discussion, and gentle experiential exercises, you’ll begin to slow the pace of internal overwhelm and reconnect with a more grounded sense of self.

Rather than relying solely on external input or constant self-improvement, you’ll learn how to access the insight, emotional awareness, and inner steadiness that already exists within you—so you can engage your relationships, responsibilities, and desires with greater presence, confidence, and alignment.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about remembering how to live from a more integrated, connected, and deeply present version of yourself.

Over six weeks, you will move through a structured process that supports reflection, emotional clarity, creative expression, and meaningful integration of your lived experience.

Why this experience exists

Many women are carrying full, meaningful lives—relationships, families, work, responsibilities—yet internally feel disconnected from themselves.

Not because something is wrong with them.

But because life becomes so full of caring for others, managing responsibilities, & moving forward . . .  that internal connection slowly fades into the background.

This seminar creates intentional space to return to that connection.

Not by adding more information.

But by slowing down enough to hear what has already been within you.

What makes this different

This is not a traditional talk-based group.

It is a guided creative and reflective experience designed to help you:

  • reconnect with your inner awareness 
  • understand your emotional and relational patterns 
  • strengthen self-trust and clarity 
  • experience calm, grounded presence in real time 
  • reflect in ways that feel meaningful—not overwhelming 

Each week includes structured guidance so you are never “left to figure it out on your own.”

You are supported from the beginning.

🌿 What you can expect week by week (Seminar Flow)

Each week builds clarity, but you do not have to wait for value to begin.

Many women feel a shift in awareness, calm, or self-understanding within the first session.

Week 1 — Returning to Yourself (From Autopilot to Presence)

You begin by noticing your internal world with clarity and gentleness.

  • Recognize how you are actually feeling beneath daily functioning 
  • Notice patterns of autopilot, over-responsibility, or emotional fatigue 
  • Begin reconnecting with your internal experience in real time 
  • Creative reflection to help you see your life more clearly 

You leave Week 1 with:
A clearer sense of yourself—not just what you do, or the roles you play, but how you are as a .

Week 2 — Understanding Your Inner Patterns with Compassion

You begin to make sense of how you got here—without judgment.

  • Understand protective emotional and relational patterns 
  • Recognize how these patterns once helped you cope 
  • Shift from self-criticism to curiosity 
  • Begin loosening old internal narratives 

You leave Week 2 with:
More self-compassion and less internal pressure.

Week 3 — Emotional Grounding & Inner Stability

You learn how to come back to yourself when things feel overwhelming.

  • Identify emotional activation earlier 
  • Practice grounding and nervous system awareness 
  • Learn simple ways to return to calm and presence 
  • Strengthen your ability to stay with yourself 

You leave Week 3 with:
A felt sense of steadiness you can return to.

Week 4 — Rebuilding Self-Trust

You begin reconnecting with your own inner voice.

  • Notice where self-trust has been weakened over time 
  • Differentiate fear-based vs aligned decisions 
  • Strengthen internal clarity and confidence 
  • Practice listening inward with greater ease 

You leave Week 4 with:
More confidence in your own inner knowing.

Week 5 — Relationships from a More Grounded Self

You explore how you show up in connection with others.

  • Understand relational patterns (distance, over-functioning, shutdown, etc.) 
  • Learn how to stay connected without losing yourself 
  • Practice emotional presence in relationships 
  • Explore healthier ways of relating 

You leave Week 5 with:
A deeper sense of possibility in your relationships.

Week 6 — Integration & Meaningful Living

You bring everything together into real life.

  • Clarify what matters most to you now 
  • Identify what feels aligned moving forward 
  • Integrate insights into daily living 
  • Reflect on the life you are actively stepping into 

You leave Week 6 with:
A clearer sense of direction, meaning, and grounded confidence.

🎨 A Creative & Reflective Approach

This seminar integrates guided creative reflection alongside conversation and teaching.

Creativity is used not for performance or artistic skill, but as a way of:

  • accessing deeper awareness 
  • expressing what is hard to put into words 
  • integrating emotional and relational insight 
  • engaging both mind and inner experience 

This helps many women understand themselves in ways that feel more complete than talk alone.

How to Join

The Summer 2026 cohort is currently forming.

The space is capped at 10 participants, final dates and session times will be selected and shared with the group.

You will receive full enrollment details, schedule options, and next steps via email.

A deposit of $200 is all that is needed if you're rea to secure your spot.
