Art therapy works for all sorts of people who are ultimately looking to be seen, heard, and understood just as they are.
Art therapy is for people who have found that things like anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges are keeping them from their full potential.
Art therapy is an opportunity to visually share your experience where words fall short & heal your psychological ailments. Artistic training or 'talent' not required. The image creation experience is rooted in wellness to work toward wholeness. It works on mind & body based levels. It breaks down barriers to treatment & empowers you to be authentic. Drawing doesn’t just inspire creativity, it also helps develop communication, increase learning & memory, & make sense of experiences.

Hi, I’m Adrianna.
I’m a Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, offering in-person therapy in Idaho and telehealth for clients in New Mexico.
I bring a creative, grounded, and compassionate approach to my work—drawing not only from clinical training, but also from the things that sustain me: art-making, time in nature, and a meaningful spiritual practice that I return to daily.
Outside the therapy room, I love hiking, camping, gardening, cross-country skiing, and spending time with animals. You’ll often find me hosting cozy game nights or social evenings with friends and family. I believe that healing happens in connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the natural & spiritual world—and it’s my joy to walk alongside people on that journey.
